playing with utee

there's so much you can do with ultra-thick embossing enamel (aka "utee"). after watching some different how-to videos, i settled on the broken glass technique for this atc.

i covered a plain white card with white pigment ink and sprinkled a blend of clear and red utee powder. i heatset a couple layers to make it smooth. then i put it in the freezer for about 10 minutes, cracked it, then rubbed a dark pigment ink into the cracks.

i added some clear stickers and a spot of gold ink with some extra utee, which i left mostly unmelted to keep some crystals in tact. we'll be working with this technique in my next atc club meeting on october 3rd.
